St. Louis City makes its debut against Austin FC next Saturday, February 25, in a new edition of the United States – MLS 2023 tournament. The clash will start at 10:30 p.m. (Argentina time) and will take place at Q2 Stadium.

Allen Chapman was the chosen referee for the match at Q2 Stadium.

The Josh Wolff-led side set up their game with a 4-5-1 formation with Brad Stuver in the arc; Nick Lima, Julius Cascante, Leo Väisänen and Zan Kolmanic in defence; Owen Wolff, Daniel Pereira Gil, Emiliano Rigoni, Sebastian Driussi and Diego Fagundez in midfield; and Gyasi Zardes up front.

For their part, those led by Bradley Carnell stand on the ground with a 4-5-1 strategy with Roman Bürki under the three sticks; Jake Nerwinski, Tim Parker, Kyle Hiebert, John Nelson in defense; Indiana Vassilev, Eduard Löwen, Rasmus Alm, Tomas Ostrak and Jared Stroud at half court; and João Klauss in front.
