A few days before the premiere of the new and highly anticipated third season of Ted Lasso, Apple TV + has released a new trailer for this popular series, which, unlike those previously presented, gives a new look at the stories that will be seen in the next chapters. The series starring Jason Sudeikis will arrive on the entertainment service on March 15 and will feature 12 episodes that will air weekly.

In the advance released this Monday, it begins with the 1969 Rolling Stones song “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” and you can see that Nate ( Nick Mohammed) is working for Rupert (Anthony Head) in West Ham United, but he doesn’t seem entirely enthusiastic about his current situation. Meanwhile, Ted (Sudeikis), Beard (Brendan Hunt) and Roy (Brett Goldstein) try to keep everyone on track at AFC Richmond, while Keeley adjusts to his new role as boss.

Elsewhere in the trailer is a parade of faces familiar to fans of this show: Jamie Tartt (Phil Dunster) steps in as the team leader of the Greyhounds with unexpected support from Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein). You can also see Sam Obisanya (Toheeb JImoh), Isaac McAdoo (Kola Bokinni), Dani Rojas (Cristo Fernandez) or even Trent Crimm (James Lance). A few surprises in the clip are the appearance of Lasso’s son and a scene where Roy appears to be back with his ex Keeley.

According to the official description of the season, “AFC Richmond’s newly promoted are ridiculed by the media as they rank them bottom of the Premier League. Nate, now dubbed ‘the prodigy’, went to work for Rupert at West Ham United In the aftermath of the Nate controversy, Roy Kent becomes assistant coach, along with Beard. Meanwhile, Ted deals with pressures at work and continues to work out issues at home. Rebecca focuses on removing Rupert, while Keeley becomes the head of his own public relations agency.Things seem to be falling apart on and off the pitch, but the team lasso he is ready to do his best anyway.

So far, it is not known whether a third of Ted Lasso This will or will not be the last season of the series. It’s an open secret that Sudeikis and his co-creators originally envisioned the series as a three-part story. However, when Sudeikis and the cast were asked if this would be the end, the crew avoided giving a straight answer. Also recently, Brett Goldstein said, “I would happily play Roy Kent forever,” when Stephen Colbert asked him about the future of the TV series and his character. The third part will be divided into 12 episodes.

Sudeikis developed the series with Bill Lawrence, Joe Kelly and Hunt. It is based on the existing format and characters that first appeared on NBC Sports. Sudeikis serves as an executive producer in addition to starring. Lawrence is an executive producer through Doozer Productions. Hunt, Kelly and Bill Wrubel also serve as executive producers along with Doozer’s Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer, as well as Jane Becker and Jamie Lee. Goldstein is a writer and co-executive producer on the series. It is produced by Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television.
