In a press release, Suzlon Energy stated: “In this difficult time, the company continues to be supported by its highly experienced, capable and committed board and senior management. carry on Shri Tanti’s legacy and realize his vision for the company.

“This is for your urgent notice and information, as well as for the information of your members and the general public. In accordance with rule 31 A of the Listing Regulations, the list of promoters and promoter group of the company is updated with the exclusion of Shri Tanti. The company will comply with all of its reporting requirements formally in this regard in due course,” the renewable energy company stated.
