According to ATV+, the event happened, since the driver was with a friend when he was intercepted by armed individuals, who shot him repeatedly. Huaroc Ríos’ death was instantaneous, since he received three bullet wounds.

The victim’s companion was able to get out of the vehicle and get to safety. Neighbors indicated that the criminals arrived at the scene on a motorcycle. It all happened near a school.
