La Quinta Mimará in Villa Luzuriaga, one of the places where the abuses occurred.

This morning, the Federal Oral Court No. 2 of San Martín signed a sentence of extraordinary severity: fifteen years for Fernando Pablo Escobar, 47, an employee according to himself, today imprisoned in a federal prison, another five for his partner Araceli Di Salvo, two years older, both from the west.

Crimes: trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation, aggravated by having mediated deception, violence, threats, abuse of authority and a situation of vulnerability, as the victims are more than three, having succeeded in consummating the exploitation and being minors of age some of them, according to information from the file accessed Infobae. Escobar gets the worst of it: He was considered a repeat offender and his new sentence was unified to a previous one with a record dating from 2002, for a total of 30 years of confinement.

The case against both It began in April 2017, investigated by the prosecutor Santiago Marquevich, head of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office No. 1 of Morón. According to the accusation against him that appears in the elevation to trial, Pablo Escobar was accused of being a pimp of girls, to have captured at least nine girls to force them into sex work, with five other suspects during the investigation.

Of those nine confirmed, six were minors at the time of the events, they were between 14 and 16 years old. The abuses of these minors, suspected since 2016, were committed in several places: the apartment that Escobar rented on Mbcuruyá street, his fiscal domicile, in several hotels, accommodation and mainly in a fifth of Miguel Cané street in Villa Luzuriaga.

The fifth, called Mimará, rented for graduate events, weddings and 15th birthday, is, as discovered by Justice, owned by the Federation of Soap and Related Workers of the Argentine Republic.

According to the elevation to trial signed by Marquevich, the couple administered the villa. Their tactics were downright dirty. They captured their victims “through deceptive job offers carried out by Facebook, WhatsApp or coercion to victims who were already in a situation of exploitation to recruit friends, as well as by receiving pseudo interviews whose sole purpose was to obtain personal, family and / or intimate data that were later used to place the victims in a situation of inferiority ”, according to the file.
