For several years, the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP) began issuing Sol coins with images from the collection “Wealth and Pride of Peru”. The images struck on the coins represent some of the flora, fauna and emblematic places that are part of the Peruvian identity. The price of some coins has managed to reach values ​​of up to 30 times their price.

Various digital commerce channels offer parts of a floor from the years 2010 and 2016 at a price of around S/30.00. The complete collection of ‘Wealth and pride of Peru‘ can have a total value of S/312.00.

According to a TikTok video that corresponds to the ‘Inca Numismatics’ channel, which specializes in collecting and preserving coins, those that are part of the group called ‘Wealth and Pride of Peru’ have increased their price. Of this group, the currency of Machu Picchu which is one of the most sought after and there are only 10 million copies in circulation. Its cost can reach S/30.00 if you maintain a Good condition.

Another of the coins with a value of around S/30.00 and S/40.00 is the ‘Cabeza de Vaca’, an image that alludes to the Archaeological Museum located in the Tumbes area.

In the case of parts of a Sol alluding to ‘Shipibo-Konibo ceramics and ‘Tacna Arco Parabolico’ its price is between S/11.00 and S/12.00.

5 soles.

In the case of tickets, they are distributed in the following quantities: 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200.

On the other hand, it should be noted that on sales sites like OLX we can see that they offer the 1 Sol coin from 1991 at 430 soles.
