Lilly Téllez presumed favorite of the PAN around 2024: “Let’s win”

The senator of the National Action Party (PAN), Lilly Tellezwas proud to carry out the survey of preferences within the blues and whites towards the designation of the candidate for the Presidency of the Republic for the 2024 elections.

It was through her official Twitter account that the PAN MP shared the work of opinion shared by the Nenkool polling station, which pointed to Téllez in the first place of preferencesleaving behind characters like Ricardo Anaya, Margarita Zavala and Santiago Creel.

Faced with such news, this Thursday, February 16, the legislator assured that her project of defense of the homeland will prevail, since she affirmed that her objective is to work for the love of Mexico: “Let’s win for the defense of the fatherlandfor the love of Mexico”.

Finally, taking into account only the profiles that lead the preference of the parties and the coalition —specifically in Va por México for the union of the PRI, the PAN and the PRD—, the battle would be between Sheinbaum (Morena), Lilly Tellez (It goes through Mexico) and Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas (MC), which so far leads the morenista with 54% approval, while opposition representatives are tied with 23%.

Despite the previous figures, the PAN member is convinced that she can be the representative of the Va por México coalition in the national elections; however, last weekend he had a confrontation with the national president of the PRD, Jesus Zambrano Grijalva, because not everyone agrees that his profile is the most suitable.

At first, the leader of Sol Azteca rejected blue and white as a possible candidate, but he did not go for the only one, but rather explained that they did not want to accept that there was an imposition by the other parties in the alliance, as he urges once again to decide on a democratic method where everyone is happy with the results.

“(The PRD) is not going to accept the imposition of resolutions from other parties, what we will accept and implement, if any, will be the collegial decisions of the alliance, not the conditions of a party unique”

However, the senator was quick to respond, albeit without labeling Zambrano Grijalva, and pointed out that Mexico ruled out the democratic revolution as a political party, which is why many pointed out that a crisis could again arise within the party.
