Grindetti launched his candidacy with Patricia Bullrich: “We must prevent the Conurbano from becoming Rosario”

The Mayor of Lanús, Nestor Grindetti, launched this afternoon its candidacy for governor of the province of Buenos Aires. “We must put an end to the Baradel doctrine in the schools and prevent the suburbs from becoming a second Rosary, because it takes commitment and convictions. We are the change or we are nothing”, underlined the leader in front of the auditorium of the Club Quintana of your municipality. Grindetti was accompanied by Patricia Bullrichone of the PRO presidential candidates, in support of her candidacy.

In turn, Bullrich backed the host and argued that “Grindetti is an excellent candidate for the post of governor of the province of Buenos Aires”. The two leaders spoke on a 360 stage, in front of nearly 1,000 neighbors and activists who tolerated a day of grueling heat to accompany their representatives.

The high temperature made the act somewhat on purpose. The speakers took the stage at 6:12 p.m. and in 50 minutes they finished the event, which ended with a speech by the President of the PRO.

“Today, the state is at the service of power. The charges are for La Cámpora,” Bullrich questioned during his speech. Then, as a way of differentiating himself from Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, his opponent in the PRO presidential internship, the former Minister of Security assured: “I will give him the courage and the determination that Argentina needs to move forward. They’re not going to stop me.”

It was the first public act Bullrich attended after Larreta’s presidential launch. The president of the yellow party had already crossed paths with the mayor of Buenos Aires, who in his launch spot called for “closing the crack”. This afternoon, the former minister again spurred on the head of government. “Anyone who wants to talk and find a reasonable point, we will be open. But whoever wants to come and throw stones and you can’t govern, we will roll the stones”.

Additionally, Bullrich questioned the national government’s economic and social policy and called for an end to welfare. “There is nothing more precarious than when people live with a social plan,” said the PRO candidate.

On the other hand, Bullrich returned to meet the President of the Nation, Alberto Fernandezand the Minister of National Security, Hannibal Fernandez, due to Rosario’s situation. With this act, the mayor of Lanús sought to position himself within the yellow inmate of the province. In this sense, he is one of the leaders who intend to propose to Bullrich to decide soon on one of his three candidates in the provinces. In another section of his speech, Grindetti also tried to differentiate himself from Santilli, who was the former deputy head of government of Buenos Aires until 2021. “This is not my pitch, because a pitch is is when you go from one place to another.
