Gonçalo Ramos assisted with two goals in Benfica’s spectacular 5-1 victory over Club Brugge, for the UEFA Key 2 – Champions League 2022-2023. The goals of the match for the locals were scored by Rafa Silva (37′ 1T), Gonçalo Ramos (46′ 1T and 11′ 2T), João Mário (25′ 2T, penalty) and David Neres (32′ 2T). While the visitors’ goal was scored by Bjorn Meijer (41′ 2T).

Rafa Silva was applauded with his brilliant finish after 37 minutes in the first half. On a cross from Gonçalo Ramos, the midfielder defined with a precise shot in the opposite goal, from the large area.

Gonçalo Ramos put in a great performance. The Benfica striker shone by scoring 2 goals, kicking 5 and making 18 correct passes.

João Mário also performed well. The Benfica midfielder scored 1 goal, completed 28 correct passes and was encouraged to strike 4 times.

Halil Meler was the chosen referee for the match at the Do Sport Lisboa e Benfica stadium.

Benfica ruthlessly overwhelmed Club Brugge and will play in the 2022-2023 UEFA Champions League Quarter-Finals.
