Gamestream will provide some of its technologies for cloud gaming to the French publisher Ubisoft.

Already close to Google with Stadia and Amazon with Luna, Ubisoft continues to believe in cloud gaming even if the general public is still struggling to get started. To make further progress in this area, Yves Guillemot’s company has decided to join forces with Gamestream, a global leader in white-label cloud gaming solutions, to enhance its streaming gaming experience.

The goal will primarily be to refine how players interact with game menus during streaming sessions.

We are delighted to work with Gamestream“, says Stéphanie Perotti, VP Online Services at Ubisoft. “This partnership allows us to strengthen our streaming skills for our internal and external platforms“. Ivan Lebeau, president and co-founder of Gamestream, adds: “This contract is the culmination of a professional relationship built over time. It confirms our progress across the entire cloud gaming technology chain. Ubisoft is behind some of the most innovative gaming experiences and we can’t wait to see what their teams will achieve with our technology.
