The multinational Google has just launched a tool similar to Tik Tok to improve communication between company workers through short videos and it is called ThreadIt.
ThreadIt is more than a collaboration app, since it is configured as a Google Chrome plug-in and allows the viewing of these short videos at the most convenient time for the recipients of the same, who can, in turn, respond with other videos.
With it, it is intended to combine the advantages of video calls and the flexibility of e-mails, since employees can send short videos for the recipients to see when they can.
The developers of the new Google tool assure that it will help avoid unnecessary video call meetings and better reconcile the schedules of geographically distributed teams working on the same project.
Short video messages are sent to the recipients who are part of a working group, being able to select who can interact with the recording by sending a reply also in video format.
