A video that initially circulated on the Chinese social network Weibo shows what the design of Apple’s new bet would be: the iPhone 14.

The disclosure of the images is reported just days after the technology giant officially presents the new version of the phone.

The images were reshared on Twitter by Duan Rui, known for her successful leaks on the network.

The launch of the iPhone 14 is scheduled for September 7 in Apple Park, California.

What is most striking about the design of the device is the glossy finish with different shades of purple depending on the angle.

Rumors suggest that Apple is planning to launch the new phone in that color, in addition to navy blue, gold, graphite and silver.

The leaked images suggest that the new redesign would come with a change in the notch around the front camera with the removal of it.

The footage shows a 14 Pro and the Pro Max with a double punch design instead of the notch.

Additionally, the holes drilled are larger than anticipated in initial reports last year.

On August 24, the Cupertino company announced a hardware presentation event.

With a brief message that included the following phrase: “Far away. Join us in person at a special Apple event at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino“, the firm led by Tim Cook quoted the press and iPhone fans for Wednesday of the following week.

The event will start at 10 a.m. local time and can also be followed through the Apple website.
