Enterprise is an artificial intelligence assistant created for professional environments.
OpenAI recently released ChatGPT Enterprise, a chatbot designed for enterprises and businesses. This version promises much more optimized performance as it has increased storage, high security encryption and unlimited access to higher speed GPT-4.
It has a contextual window of 32,000 tokens, which is the equivalent of processing more text at once and having longer conversations.
Tokens are parts of a word and 32,000 tokens, approximately 24,000 words. Currently, ChatGPT with GPT-4 is capped at 8,000 tokens for ChatGPT Plus users.
In addition, enterprise customers will have access to unlimited GPT-4 queries at higher speeds.
ChatGPT Enterprise addresses customers’ security needs with features such as encryption of “at-rest” data stored on OpenAI servers using AES 256 encryption, one of the most advanced protection algorithms available today, and “in-transit” encryption via the TLS 1.2+ protocol, which covers users’ input and output on the Internet, sometimes used as part of the HTTPS protocol.
The enterprise chatbot is SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) certified, a scheme established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to audit the dynamics of an organization’s use of customer data to ensure it meets security, availability, processing integrity and privacy standards.
The service includes a new administration console that enables mass management of company employees, domain verification and single sign-on or SSO.
Companies interested in this service become owners of the chatbot and control the company’s data, without OpenAI being able to interfere with the information handled by the artificial intelligence.
OpenAI has also noted that the chatbot provides unlimited access to advanced data analytics and can be used with different templates to create common workflows and collaborations.
The tool is designed to meet the specific needs of companies and organizations by offering greater flexibility in terms of integration, customization and control over text generation. The company claims that “AI can help improve all aspects of work life and make teams more creative and productive”.
On the other hand, he affirmed that “since the launch of ChatGPT just nine months ago, we have seen teams adopt it in more than 80% of Fortune 500 companies, which are among the largest U.S. organizations with capital open to any investor based on their sales volume.
OpenAI said that among the first companies to adopt ChatGPT Enterprise are Canva, Zapier and PwC and that, thanks to this new chatbot, “they are redefining the way they operate”.
