Barça has already qualified  mathematically for the next edition of the  Champions League , but there are three days left in the League in which they must obtain the best possible results to guarantee second place in the championship, which in turn will allow the Catalans to play the Super Cup of Spain in January 2023. Everything will happen to beat Celta de Vigo this Tuesday at the Camp Nou (9:30 p.m.).

Xavi Hernández has already revealed the squad list for the match, which does not include Gerard Piqué and Sergio Busquets , the two main casualties due to injury and accumulation of cards, respectively. The Barça center-back has been resentful of his tendonopathy for weeks and Xavi Hernández already announced at a press conference that he would not be able to play the next games, while Badia will miss the game after having seen the yellow card at the Benito Villamarín . The one who will be ready to play is Marc-André ter Stegen , already recovered from the illness he suffered this weekend.

The 23 summoned by Xavi are: Marc-André ter Stegen, Ronald Araujo, Riqui Puig, Dembelé, Dani Alves, Memphis Depay, Ansu Fati, Adama Traoré, Braithwaite, Neto, Lenglet, Luuk de Jong, Jordi Alba, Ferran Torres, Frenkie de Jong, Mingueza, Umtiti, Eric García, Aubameyang, Gavi, Álvaro Sanz, Jandro and Arnau Tenas.

In addition to the two players mentioned,  Pedri, Nico , Sergiño Dest and Sergi Roberto are still out of the squad , who suffered a recurrence of his injury a few days ago and will not play again this season. In the case of Ansu Fati , it is expected that the young striker can return to the pitch and have minutes, perhaps even as a starter, after having seen the door this weekend against Betis.

Only three games left

The azulgrana team  arrives at the meeting with the will to win the three games that remain to be played in the League.  In the last five games played , Barça lost against Cádiz in relegation positions (0-1), achieved an in extremis victory against Real Sociedad (0-1), lost again at the Camp Nou against Rayo Vallecano (0-1), forged a win by the minimum against Mallorca (2-1) and this Saturday was able to beat Real Betis in injury time at Benito Villamarín (1-2). Now, he will need three more points against Celta to continue securing second place in the league.
