A jury found Mexican actor Pablo Lyle guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the case of the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández, who suffered a fatal blow to the head during a head-on dispute.

After the members of the jury deliberated in a few hours, the heartthrob of Latin American soap operas was handcuffed by the authorities of the room. His fingerprints were recorded right there, which is the first process that any inmate must go through just before entering prison.

The actor has already spent his first night in jail, although he does not yet know what his sentence will be. The crime of involuntary manslaughter is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

The prosecution requested a ten-year prison sentence, but now it is up to the judge Marisa Tinkler Méndez who has to decide what the punishment she will have to face from now on.

Although the man has been under house arrest for nearly three years waiting for the result of the trial, or, that time does not count as sentence time, so you must fully serve the sentence imposed by the court.

Pablo Lyle has spent his first night in the Miami-Dade County Detention Center, located in Downtown Miami. He went to that place where he was transferred after his court appearance. There you will be able to share these weeks with other inmates, who are facing convictions for homicide or drug trafficking, among other crimes.

There he will have to meet a strict schedule. He must get up first thing in the morning, do the count and fulfill the obligations of the prison, which can be from cleaning common areas or being in the kitchen service, among other things.

It is expected that once the judge determines the penalty for this crime of involuntary manslaughter, Pablo Lyle will go to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
