The uncertain future of Paz Padilla in ‘Save me’ after her confrontation with Belén Esteban

A week has already passed since ‘Sálvame’ produced one of the fiercest clashes in living memory. Belén Esteban and Paz Padilla got into a fight as a result of the unfortunate words of the host on coronavirus vaccines, and after a tense exchange of accusations, the Cádiz-born comedian left the set of the magazine to the cry of “I’m freaking out, I’ll pass”.

Since then, she has not been seen again on the program and, according to the magazine ‘Lecturas’, it is very likely that she will never return which has been his job for more than ten years.

Apparently, although her bosses are asking her to reflect and consider returning to ‘Sálvame’, Paz Padilla would have been so scalded by her anger with Belén Esteban that, for now, she does not even consider resuming her position as presenter in the most heartfelt program famous from the small screen.

On the other hand, Belén Esteban surprised a few days ago confirming that she has asked his bosses from ‘Sálvame’ not to coincide with certain people on the program.

Although she assures that she has not vetoed anyone, she does admit that she prefers not to go to work when certain colleagues are present on the set. The truth is that Paz Padilla’s relationship with some of her “Sálvame” colleagues has always been complicated. It is an open secret that certain collaborators do not like her, and apparently Belén Esteban is one of them. Although they were her comments on coronavirus vaccines those who lit the fuse, that of Paracuellos has never concealed her differences with the comedian.

In fact, in 2017 there was another big row between them live, although on that occasion it was Belén Esteban who left the set of ‘Sálvame’ after Paz Padilla questioned her: “Quilla, are you stupid?”
