Hulu has released the trailer for “Pam & Tommy”, a biopic series by Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. Lily James and Sebastian Stan give life to the protagonists in fiction, who will relive the notorious scandal of their sex video.

The series also stars Seth Rogen as Rand, the electrician who steals the famous couple’s sex tape; Taylor Schilling as Rand’s ex-wife; and Nick Offerman as the man who helps Rand distribute the tape. Andrew Dice Clay, Spencer Granese, Pepi Sonuga and Mozhan Marnò round out the cast.

In the preview, two men can be seen reviewing a videotape. “It’s Tommy Lee. He’s a Mötley Crüe drummer. Keep going,” says one of them. “That’s Pamela Anderson. My God, it’s so … private. It’s like we’re seeing something we shouldn’t see. And that’s what makes it so hot,” exclaims the other.

“Every second the tape goes by could be spreading,” says Pamela. “Baby, we’ll get her back. What’s not so important to me? I’m on that tape just like you,” Tommy assures her. “No, not like me,” she replies.

In 1995 Rand Gauthier, an electrician who was fired from a job at the musician’s home, stole a sex tape of the couple. The video began to be sold both in physical copies and spread on the Internet, which, although it did not have the current scope, made the existence of the recording known throughout the world. The stars filed a $ 10 million lawsuit to try to prevent the tape from being released, but the lawsuit was eventually dropped.

Pamela Anderson and the drummer Tommy Lee separated in 1998 and have two children together.

The series will arrive on the Hulo platform on February 2, 2022.
