Beyoncé’s Lavish 42nd Birthday Bash: Inside Her Exclusive Retreat at Mermaid Bay, French Polynesia

It was recently reported that Beyoncé took a break from her world tour to relax and celebrate her birthday. She, her family and part of her team stayed at Mermaid Bay, located in French Polynesia.

American star Beyoncé turned 42 on September 4th and to celebrate her birthday she traveled to French Polynesia, France, with her family and part of her work team.

The website ‘TMZ’ shared exclusive information about the place where the singer, who is currently in the middle of her ‘Renaissance World Tour’, went.

Sources close to Beyoncé told the media that for the celebration a place called Mermaid Bay was rented, which is composed of 11 villas within the exclusive The Brando, a private island that only billionaires can access.

Beyoncé and her guests reportedly arrived on Tuesday, September 5 and left on Friday, September 8.

The exclusive location and luxuries of the villas are not surprising if one takes into account the great fortune that Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z gather. In addition, it should be remembered that this same year the couple bought the most expensive mansion in California.

As Mermaid Bay is made up of 11 villas, it was reported that the powerful couple stayed in the main villa. This is distributed in four bedrooms and costs $20,000 dollars a night.

The rest of the villas were used by the guests, although at the moment it is not known who were the privileged ones.

In addition to the amenities inside the villas and the luxuries, the place offers outdoor areas ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. It has direct access to the private beach, terrace, swimming pool, spa area and other spaces.

Being an island for multimillionaires, it is assumed that the place has a great security system.
