Sara Maldonado talks about the hard reason why she had to abort

Sara Maldonado, who at that time had a relationship with Juan Sebastián Ávila, said that she became pregnant without planning it, but decided to have the baby because she felt that it was the best time to have a child because she was close to turning 40.

“My friends had always told me, ‘Freeze, freeze, freeze,’ and I, ‘I just don’t want to freeze,’ I mean, I don’t know, it’s that I would love to meet someone and under the light of the moon”, she remembered.

After the abortion, she and her then-partner decided to try to have a child and a short time later she became pregnant again, but in one of her first check-ups, her doctors told her that the baby had no pulse. “There yes, the truth, yes I got super bad. I mean, that day was very strong for me, very strong,” she said.

Shortly after, she contracted covid-19 and her boyfriend confessed to her via Zoom that he had cheated on her. “I remember that I was paralyzed, I mean, I said, ‘I don’t understand what you are saying’ and I closed the computer. I felt like my brain was broken”, she commented on the moment of the painful confession.

A little over a year later, the 41-year-old actress assured that she is fully recovered and ready to promote the launch of the series ‘El galán’, with Humberto Zurita, which will premiere this year on a streaming platform, and is rehearsing the play ‘The perfect test’.

“As you can see, right now I am like this, that is, I am happy, I am happy, I am calm, I am excited,” she pointed out.
