Rocío Jurado handed her daughter documents that leave “the Mohedano family in a bad place”

In this way she wanted to avoid making public in the second part of her docuseries the private writings of the chipionera that, it is rumored, would not leave José Ortega Cano or part of the Mohedano family in a good place.

The documents in question give so much to talk about that even from the program ‘It’s already noon’ they reveal details that we did not know until now.

“There is a role that has a testimony of Rocío Jurado that tells a story about Ortega Cano. That, on the one hand, was what Rocío Carrasco found shortly after her mother died,” Miguel Ángel Nicolás revealed this Tuesday.

“There are other documents that Rocío Jurado did hand over to her daughter, that her daughter would have no problem using, and that they would leave part of the Mohedano family in a bad place”, added the collaborator. So Rocío Carrasco would be aware of the problems that the Chipionera dragged with her family before her death.

For his part, as published by this same newspaper, Gloria Camila’s lawyer announced that they are going for everything: in addition to the civil procedure for intrusion into the privacy of the late Rocío Jurado, and criminal proceedings are filed against Rocío Carrasco for procedural fraud:

“From a legal point of view, it is preferable to deceive the audience than to deceive the court. If the court is deceived, it is jail, a criminal complaint for procedural fraud ”. A crime that could carry a prison sentence of up to six years.

The criminal lawyer acknowledged that he will not take a step back and that, within a month, according to justice, he will sue Rocío Carrasco, La Fabrica de la Tele and Mediaset, to protect the privacy of the largest.

The complaint for procedural fraud, however, may not be filed until the docuserie is issued and whenever the documentation that is the subject of the judicial dispute comes to light.
