Queen Letizia of Spain has coronavirus covid-19 with mild symptoms, as announced on Tuesday by the Spanish Royal House, which also reported the suspension of its agenda.
Last February it was the Spanish monarch, Philip VI, who tested positive for covid for which she had to suspend the acts scheduled for those days and kept isolation for seven days.
The last official act of the Queen Letizia took place yesterday in the region of Catalonia, where she attended, together with her husband and her daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía, the awards ceremony granted by the Princess of Girona Foundation, a title held by the heiress to the Spanish throne.
The Royal House informs that it will be assessed whether Queen Letizia will continue with her agenda on Thursday or it will be canceled until she is recovered.
