It all started when Monica announced that she was in love again during an interview on Sálvame. Monica assured at the time that she had no idea about the accusations against her boyfriend since they were still getting to know each other and that, regarding their business, she only knew that he was engaged in the real estate sector.

Surprised to learn that she might be dating an alleged scammer, Mónica sent him a live message and broadcast her boyfriend’s response to the audience: “He says that he was acquitted”.

But the Telecinco program has maintained the accusations against the person they call “Mr. Sánchez ”and who they have not identified to avoid legal problems, being an anonymous person.

According to Sálvame there are more testimonies and sources that support Monica’s boyfriend’s bad reputation in business and has made them public, causing Carlos Lozano’s ex to give him an ultimatum from the set: “Either you fix this or I can’t go on with you.”

Four allegedly scammed by Mr. Sánchez have agreed to tell on the set of “Sálvame” and with Mónica Hoyos present, their experience with him.

Fran, a former employee, who accuses him of falsifying papers and assures that “He fired me because I was on leave for being suspected of having covid, but the discharge reports did not reach him because the company owed money to the INSS”.

Another of the witnesses is Daria who has explained that Mr. Sánchez offered his boss “invest in a flat that is a bargain, reform it and sell it ”. His boss, who is awaiting trial, “paid an approximate amount of 50,000 euros and did not hear from him again.” A practice according to this person who would have repeated with more people “He is a professional.”

But in addition to working in the real estate sector, according to another victim, Mr. Sánchez also has interests in the hospitality industry.

Anaas, who worked for Señor Sánchez as a waiter, assures that he owes him 2,500 euros: “The deal was fatal. There was no paperwork or contract or registration with Social Security, after two months working he fired me”.

Another employee, an administrative one, María, assured that “Many of my colleagues when I made the end of the month I fired them and left them without paying. I left because I didn’t see a future there and I saw things. Besides, he didn’t pay me”.
