43-year-old actress and comedian Mindy Kaling is asking $2.75 million for a remodeled apartment in SoHo, New York.
Kaling, who is known for being part of the cast of ‘The Office’ and ‘The 40-Year-Old Virgin’, bought this property five years ago for $3.1 million dollars, so this sale is already considered a loss since its entry to the real estate market.
This apartment is located on the sixth floor of One Kenmare Square designed by Richard Gluckman. The unit has a total extension of 1,200 square feet distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and other amenities.
