After Melissa Paredes and Rodrigo Cuba sign the conciliation where they agreed to the shared tenure of their daughter, their respective lawyers Patricia Simons and Leydi Pena confirmed that the couple will divorce by mutual agreement and not due to infidelity.

Amor and Fuego contacted both attorneys. While attorney Leydi Peña was on set, Simons agreed to make a live link.

“We are happy because we have reached something that is very difficult to achieve, which is shared ownership”, began Leydi Peña in the Rodrigo González program.

In addition, she revealed that in this conciliation the issue of divorce was also touched upon. “We just played it, we are going through a mutually agreed divorce. It is completely closed and we are very grateful for all the support shown to Rodrigo,” said the lawyer quite satisfied.
