The house where Aaron Carter’s lifeless body was found last November 5, 2022 was bought for 765 thousand dollars.

Aaron Carter’s lifeless body was found last November in the bathtub of his home and the autopsy confirmed that the singer had drowned after consuming a generic form of Xanax and difluoroethane.

Located in Lancaster, California, the seven-bedroom, four-bathroom residence was on the market for more than a year and had several price cuts.

Realtor Christie M. Limpus informed the international media that the bathroom where Carter’s body was found is being remodeled.

The 4,100-square-foot home has a large pool in the back and a garage to park four cars.

Aaron Carter died on November 5, 2022 at the age of 34. According to an initial autopsy, the reason for death was drowning.

Prior to the completion of the transaction, a renovation was carried out in the bathroom where Aaron died out of respect for his loved ones and his memory, although no photographs of its current condition have transpired. The house is believed to have been purchased by a family who plan to move in shortly.

Aaron had not made a will and his main heir became his only son: a 1-year-old boy named Prince, after the late Michael Jackson, whom he had with his former fiancée Melanie Martin.

Now the home where his father died has been sold for 765,000 dollars (more than 13 million pesos), a price below the 850,000 initially asked for, and the money will be deposited in a trust created for Prince, the only son and heir of Aaron Carter.

Authorities long ago closed the investigation into his death, ruling it an accident, but the mother of his son has never quite accepted the official version of the cause of his death.

Melanie Martin, Aaron Carter’s ex-fiancée, finds it impossible that he voluntarily got into the bathtub without undressing first and when his domestic assistant found him unconscious, he was dressed.

The mansion where Aaron Carter died was sold for $765,000.

The property had entered the real estate market in April of this year for $850,000; however, the lack of takers caused its price to drop over time.

Although it works out to be less than the asking price, it is still more than the $450,000 the singer paid for the place in 2019.

The house was built in 2006 and spans 4,131 square feet spread across seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms, foyer, main living area, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, music room, office and other amenities.

This home is not too luxurious, so its new owners will surely do some renovations. It must be said that one of the most attractive places is the master bedroom for its ample space with living room, fireplace, dressing room and newly remodeled bathroom.
