The judge in charge of the case has filed the case after the delivery of Rocío Jurado’s writings and documents

Bad news, at least for the moment, for Gloria Camila. Just a few hours ago the news was known that the Court of First Instance number 5 of Alcobendas (Madrid) has decided to archive the claim of the daughter of Ortega Cano against Rocío Carrasco, in which the young woman asked that the writings of Rocío Jurado in the second part of the documentary starring his sister, ‘En el nombre de Rocío’.

Last Friday, Rocío Carrasco decided to go to the aforementioned courts to present her mother’s documents, and surprised the media by granting the following:

“There was a lot of insistence that documents be provided, but now it turns out that in the hearing there is a lot of insistence that the document that has been provided be removed of the procedure”, she slipped visibly calm and emphasizing that she did not understand the fact that Ortega Cano was not present at that hearing, since he would be one of the main interested in having those documents not see the public light.

After the delivery of the same, the judge has filed the preliminary proceedings open in this judicial process. As stated by ‘Look’, Gloria Camila’s lawyer asked that “the content of these documents not appear in the judicial processl initiated by his client”.

As a preliminary step to the judicial procedure, Gloria presented a few weeks ago the demand for preliminary proceedings for “exhibition of the artist’s private and personal documents”, requesting that the other party provide all the material before the documentary is broadcast.

The judge agreed to the young woman’s request, since she considered that these writings “are the property of all the children, equally.”
