- A few days after her 50th birthday, the actress and entrepreneur Gwyneth Paltrow launched a forceful message that she accompanied by a heart-stopping image
Gwyneth Paltrow is one of the most important actresses of her generation. The interpreter, who throughout her career worked in popular feature films, leads a lifestyle that made her a benchmark and allowed her to explore other areas beyond acting. And a few days after her 50th birthday, the entrepreneur also launched a forceful message that she accompanied by a heart-stopping image.

On her Instagram account, the actress posted a black and white postcard in which she was captured in a bikini jumping. It didn’t take long for the photo to exceed 100,000 “likes”, among which one of her colleague Ethan Hawke stood out. The post was titled “Reflections on a milestone” and refers to a text of her authorship published on her website, Goop.
In the letter, Paltrow tells how she is facing this important birthday, reviews how her parents lived their respective fiftieth anniversaries and affirms: “There is something in the sweetness of life that lies deep within my being and that has not changed. nor will it change. It is the essence of the essence, which seems to be even sweeter”.
Later, the actress adds: “My body, a map that shows the day to day, is less timeless. A collection of marks and irregularities that establish eras. Marks from oven burns, from a finger hurt against a window long ago, or from the birth of a child. The sun left its heavenly fingerprints all over my body. And while I do what I can for good health and longevity, to keep my muscles from weakening and my bones from giving out, I have a mantra that I repeat to those thoughts that try to derail me: I accept. I accept the marks and the loose skin, the wrinkles. I accept my body and abandon that need to be perfect, to look perfect, to defy gravity, logic and humanity. I accept my humanity.”
With that message of self-love, Gwyneth Paltrow is getting ready for her birthday on September 27.
