Gwen Stefani showed how she has changed over time after rumors of excessive surgeries
The singer had expressed, a few years ago, that she does not like the idea of aging at all.
Gwen Stefani has shown that she doesn’t pay attention to the rumors that are made up about her. This time, the singer posted a video showing the different looks she has worn over time, where she compared her past with her present.
The interpreter of ‘Luxurious’ accompanied the images with the audio of the movie ‘Barbie’, where the doll is seen in its aging process. In one of the photos she showed, Gwen looked unrecognizable when she was young.
Blake Shelton’s wife wore her hair brown, natural, with several waves, a totally different look from how she looks now: bleached blonde and straight.
With these images, Gwen tries to show that she doesn’t care what people say about her physical appearance.

Criticism for too many surgeries
Stefani once confessed that she doesn’t like the idea of getting older at all. “I hope my children will save me from my vanity. If not, plastic surgery is an option….. It sucks to have to get old. We all have to accept it,” she told People in 2004.
After many years, a doctor analyzed the American singer’s passage of time and pointed out that she was not accepting the aging process.
“Gwen appears to have spent around USD 100,000 on cosmetic procedures and touch-ups, which means she won’t need a facelift ten years from now,” Dr. Richard Westreich, a facial plastic surgeon in New York, told The US Sun.
“But she’s at that tipping point where the motivation should be to look fabulous and age-appropriate, and while she looks good now, I hope it doesn’t haunt her too much and she ends up looking weird instead of great for her age,” he added.
Furthermore, the surgeon explained that the No Doubt star is clearly noticeable that she had a skin tightening. “Gwen also has these moments where she looks oddly puffy and that’s probably indicative of having had facelift treatments like FaceTite.”
“Skin tightening is a procedure that tightens the face and where a small probe goes under the skin through a small puncture and heats the area under the skin to create tension. You swell up for a couple of weeks, so Gwen can look oddly puffy in certain spots,” she said.
The secret to their marriage
In 2021, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani secretly married. A few days after their wedding, the couple decided to share photos of their special moment and announce the news. Even though two years have passed, the singers are still living in a constant honeymoon.
“I forget on a daily basis that she is Gwen Stefani that she is an international icon, a star. For me she is my best friend and everything I need in my personal life,” the country singer told People, revealing that the secret of love with the singer is admiration.
