Dalma Maradona: “A year ago the world is more horrible because you are not here”

“Justice is all I ask,” adds the young woman, who a few days ago clarified that she will not participate in any tribute to her father by noting: “Hello everyone. I do this story because many people are inviting me to different tributes that they are going to do to my father on November 25”.

In that sense, Maradona’s daughter added that “I have to be very sincere and tell everyone that for me that day is the worst day of my life, that I have totally canceled it. And what I wish the most is that that day had never existed”.

“As long as the dates change and they pay tributes to my dad, I’m going to love participating. But I feel that that day is not to honor or commemorate, much less celebrate. Thank you”, concludes Dalma Maradona.

The death of Diego Armando Maradona, who died on November 25, 2020, continues to be investigated in the courts of Argentina and being discussed in the media and on social media.

Maradona’s former lawyer, Matías Morla, testified before the judge at the request of two of Diego’s daughters, Dalma and Gianinna, who are at odds with Morla.

They accuse him of appropriating goods and profits from the brands, of not allowing them to have permanent contact with their father, and they also attribute responsibility for Maradona’s death.

Morla, in a statement to which Télam had access, assured that he did not agree that Diego should move to the house in Tigre where he ended up dying. “It was idiotic,” Morla said.
