The model revolutionizes social networks with her hottest photography

A few weeks ago, the former Miss Spain 2015 confessed through social networks that she suffers from heart disease, but far from revealing what it is, Carla Barber asked for respect and understanding from all her followers at this delicate moment since when she is ready she will detail the problem she suffers.
