Actor Alec Baldwin has had no luck selling the Hamptons, New York, mansion he bought 27 years ago for $1.75 million.
In September of last year, the actor Alec Baldwin put up for sale the mansion in the Hamptons, New York, which he has owned for 27 years.

Initially, the property entered the real estate market at $29 million dollars, but the lack of interested parties caused its price to be lowered to $24.9 million dollars.
Baldwin, who accidentally killed a woman on the set of the movie ‘Rust’ in October 2021, bought this property in the Hamptons in 1996 for $1.75 million, which is equivalent to $3.35 million today.

Its current high cost has to do with the passing of the years and with the updates that the actor and his ex-wife Kim Basinger made in the place, since the place was built in the 19th century.
This property was built on a 10-acre lot and the main house is 10,000 square feet spread over two floors with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, movie theater, wine room, library and other amenities.

Inside there are several luxurious spaces, although photos with details of it have not been released. Its kitchen is quite spacious with a central island, red and white cabinets, granite countertops and high-end appliances.
As is common in these types of properties, the master bedroom has enough space for a queen-size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, large spa-like bathroom, and more.
Its interior has extensive green areas with a terrace, stone fireplace, swimming pool, spa area, vegetable garden, stables and other spaces ideal for hanging out outdoors.
