Commander Dog has also bitten the President’s security guard. In October last year, the commander had bitten a security guard after releasing the leash from First Lady Jill Biden.

White House spokeswoman Carine Jean-Pierre had called it stressful in view of so many incidents in July. Biden’s second dog ‘Major’ is also involved in many biting incidents.
