The Mega Millions jackpot stood at $445 million this Saturday after no one matched all six numbers in Friday’s drawing.
The cash value of the jackpot is $226 million.
The next drawing for this game of chance will be held on Tuesday, October 11, at 11 pm ET.
The winning numbers from last night’s roll were: 6, 11, 29, 36, 55, 21 MEGAPLIER 2X.
Although no one won the “jackpot,” two people won $1 million and one person won $2 million in California and Texas, respectively.
The draws for this game of chance are held every Tuesday and Friday. Mega Millions is played in 45 states in the United States, with the exception of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah. Also, it is played in the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands, a US territory.
On September 21, the Illinois Lottery reported that two people anonymously claimed the $1.337 million prize shortly before the 60-day deadline to request the cash disbursement of the money was met.
The jackpot, the third largest jackpot in US history, was drawn on July 29. The winning ticket was sold at a Speedway gas station on East Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines.
