The North Las Vegas Police Department is investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian.
According to the police report, a woman was struck near Cheyenne and Civic Center Drive around 9:15 p.m. tonight.
The woman is believed to be between 20 and 30 years old and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car involved in the incident got away and more details are expected soon.
