Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a pregnant woman who went missing in Beaumont last month.

Cajairah Jae Fraise, 22, was reported missing Feb. 23, a day after leaving her parents at a Jack in the Box located at 89 Beaumont Avenue shortly before 11 p.m., according to the Beaumont Police Department. She was 35 months pregnant and may be about to give birth or has already given birth, police said.

Initially, the woman was considered a willfully missing adult, but she is now considered “gravely missing”.

The police department said detectives searched the area, including using drones, during their search for the woman. They also distributed newsletters to local agencies and posted them online.

“During this time, detectives also intensified their efforts to disseminate information to hospitals, clinics, mental health facilities, shelters and other organizations in Riverside County, San Bernardino County and throughout Nevada,” wrote the police department in a press release. .

The department said Fraise’s family is not cooperating with detectives to produce additional information that could help find her.

Kay Fraise, the woman’s mother, disputed the police qualification. “We cooperate 100%, within the limits of our capacities. We are not magicians. We don’t know why the police said that about us,” the mother told Telemundo 52.

Strawberry is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 154 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a black blanket, black sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black briefs.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Beaumont Police Department at 951-769-8500. Information may also be reported anonymously by emailing [email protected]. If anyone finds or sees Fraise, they are asked to call 911.
