The Poseidon’s Fury attraction at Universal Orlando’s Islands of Adventure will permanently close next month.
The attraction will officially close on May 10, park officials told NBC on Tuesday.
The park said it would be replaced with “new and exciting experiences,” but didn’t say what that would include.
Poseidon’s Fury opened alongside Islands of Adventure in 1999 in the Lost Continent area.

Also from May 10, “The Night Lights of Hogwarts Castle” at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade” will close for a time to make way for future show enhancements.
