Season 2 of the television series The Witcher will now be able to go into post-production before its broadcast on the American platform Netflix.
While the filming of season 2 of the television series The Witcher has been interrupted several times over the past year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Netflix finally formalizes the end of the latter, without revealing a release date. Indeed, the teams in charge of the adaptation of the license The Witcher in series must now take care of the assembly, the audio mixing, the conformation and the calibration.

Returning cast members are Henry Cavill, Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra, while new cast members are Adjoa Andoh (Bridgerton), Kim Bodnia (Killing Eve), Cassie Clare (Brave New World), Liz Carr (Silent Witness), Graham McTavish (Outlander), Kevin Doyle (Downton Abbey), Simon Callow (Four Weddings and a Funeral) and Chris Fulton (Bridgerton). The directors of the series are Stephen Surjik (The Umbrella Academy), Sarah O’Gorman (Cursed), Ed Bazalgette (The Last Kingdom) and Louise Hooper (Cheat). Executive producers include Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, Tomek Baginski, Jason F. Brown, Sean Daniel, Mike Ostrowski, Steve Gaub and Jaroslaw Sawko.
