The burnt remains of a man were found next to a burning car behind a vacant building in Valley Village on Monday evening.
Firefighters found the Tesla engulfed in fire behind the two-story commercial building in the 12600 block of Riverside Drive shortly before 9 p.m. They extinguished the fire and found the man’s body next to the car, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The identity of the man was not immediately released and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
