From March 6 to 9, these conferences will take place at The Music Station, headquarters of Warner Music, where the situation of women in music will be addressed through 4 fundamental axes: creativity, digital, direct marketing and innovation / future of the industry.

As the organizers explain through a press release, it is “a project that was born from the initiative and enthusiasm of more than 30 employees of Warner Music Group. Something that began as a camp of feminine composition and which, thanks to the illusion of a whole team, has gone a step further”.

The idea was taking shape and becoming something more ambitious. “Becoming aware of the reality of women in the industry, a whole team set to work to give the deserved place to the professionals who, day after day, give the best of themselves. Some accompany us with their music , others They tell incredible stories through their lyrics, others work magic in the studio, others are the fundamental piece for a concert to shine and, among many other professions within the industry , others are inside an office statement.

As the organizers explain, in this first edition of She Soundsthere will be a Composition Camp where artists, composers and producers meet, as well as presentations to encourage encounters between women in the industry.

These sessions revolve around 4 conferences, led by women, with the aim of “knowing more about our industry, its future, and the place of women in it”. It is intended to create “a space for all those music industry professionals where to talk, learn and value their work”.
