Jose Rosales, Miramar Police Officer: “On Saturday March 4 at 1:42 a.m. there was a serious collision between a BMW and Jammal William attempting to cross the street in the 6500 block of Pembroke Road.

Eleska Moore, mother of the victim, said: “It’s very difficult to get a call saying your son was hit by a car, my son is one of the best parts of me.”

His brother was also today asking for help to find the driver responsible, he witnessed this terrible incident which still makes him tremble with fear.

Christopher William, brother of the victim who witnessed it all, said: “He was hit by a car which could have hit us both, I don’t know how I survived. Jamall is at the hospital fighting for its life, we believe the vehicle is from 2013 to 2016.”

“I know things happen, we don’t want to do any harm, we just want this driver to identify himself, face to face, because of what he did.”
