The Public Prosecutor’s Office will denounce in the coming days the commissions paid by the FCBarcelona to the company of Enriquez Negreira, who was number 2 referee (CTA), for 17 years. This was reported by the newspaper ‘El Mundo’ in its Monday edition.
The objective is “accelerate the process so that the complaint arrives as soon as possible” for Negreira to give explanations before the judge. A complaint that would not only be addressed to Negreira, but also to the former president of Barça Joseph Maria Bartomeuwho could even sit on the bench.
Payments amount to 6.6 million euros. This investigation tries to clarify the link between Bartomeu and Negreira and the possibility of them sitting in front of the judge.
The goal now is to speed up the process as much as possible, since Two weeks ago that the judicial police submitted their conclusions to the public prosecutor.
The crimes under investigation, as reported by the aforementioned newspaper, are the corruption between individuals, unfair administration and falsification of documents.
