NEW YORK — Authorities are looking for a group of suspected motorcycle thieves who are terrorizing Manhattanites by snatching AirPods Maxes from unsuspecting pedestrians, police said. It appears the suspects committed the crime at least 21 times in a month.

No injuries were reported on any of the flights. AirPods Max linked to the boss, whose first case dates back to January 28. The most recent robbery took place on Saturday, according to New York police.

Almost all flights took place in the middle of the afternoon or in the late afternoon. In each case, police said four suspects were riding on two motorbikes, each carrying two of them. One of the vehicles is red and the other is black. Suspected thieves surprise their victims from behind.

The motorcycle passenger is the one who grabs the headphones before the driver accelerates, the uniformed woman said. The estimated value of each pair is approximately $500.

Authorities released surveillance video of two of the suspects after one of the heists in mid-February. The pictures of Washington Square South there LaGuardia Square they show two people on a black motorcycle. The passenger exits with two pairs of AirPod Max headphones and heads to Washington Square Park. The driver follows him later.
