NEW YORK — A 34-year-old Bronx man is charged with assaulting two teenage boys in his charge with a weapon Monday, police say.
Michael Ramos, 34, was arrested after police responded to a 911 call about an alleged argument at a Burke Avenue apartment.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl with bruises all over their bodies, police said.
