Consoles usually come out at the end of the year, but The Nintendo Switch was released in March and the move worked well for Nintendo. If the sale of the Nintendo Switch 2 end of 2024, So I think it will be announced next year. But if it comes out in early 2024 as it happened to Switch, so yes they should announce it this year.
