This year will mark the 10th annual Life is Beautiful (LIB) music and arts festival in Las Vegas, and locals will be able to strike deals on passes starting Thursday morning.
The offers will be available to any Nevada resident through the LIB website through the end of the day on Friday, March 3. This year, the festival takes place September 22-24 in downtown Las Vegas.
The list of groups, artists and others has not been published at this time.
Deals for Nevadans include first access to the cheapest tickets of the year with three-day passes starting at $355 or $75 layaway. This is a $25 discount per ticket.
