The Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ends with the Drag Queen Galaan event that this 2023 is even more special than ever because the contest —one of the most transgressive in Spain and with the longest history— celebrates its quarter century this year celebrating the 25th edition of its history.

The Grand Gala Drag Queen 2022 of the Carnival of Las Palmas will begin this Friday 3 February at 9:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. on the Peninsula) in the city’s Santa Catalina Park and the 14 finalists who passed away from the previous phases will take to its stage. All eager to offer the best show possible to try to seduce the jury, the 6,000 lucky people who have achieved the feat of obtaining a ticket to follow the incredible event live and live and to the hundreds of thousands of people who will surely join to enjoy the 25th edition of the Drag Gala from their homes on television.

The latter must do so by logging in, from 9 p.m. (Canary Islands time), the Canarian Television if you want to see the show from the atlantic archipelago o La 2 de RTVE, Canal Internacional o RTVE Play from 10 p.m. on Friday February 3 if you wish to follow it from the Presqu’île.

Order of participation of the 14 finalists of the Drag Queen Gala

The draw that determines who is responsible for opening and closing each of the two blocks in which the Las Palmas Drag Queen gala is divided has ruled that Drag Perseo and Hephaestus are the ones who act in first position of each of them and Boydevil and Kálik who close them.

The rest of the performances will take place in the order that the organization of the event will have deemed the most appropriate to respect and favor the show, so that the draggers will take the stage as follows:

  1. Drag Perseo (Daniel Palmés Santana) and his show ‘Kingdom of the Four Elements’ with his own design.
  2. Drag Ávalon (Oswaldo Cabrera Rocha) and his show ‘My vision of the world’ with his own design and that of Dani Viera.
  3. Drag Las Tacores (Kevin Doramas Jiménez Moreno) and his show ‘But what is this circus?!’ Designed by Nacny Henriquez González.
  4. Drag Yshia Taisma (Eduardo David del Rosario Taisma) with the show ‘No ex-taba muerta, mi cielo! Ex-taba of ex-parranda! Designed by Zoilo Garcia.
  5. Drag Eiko (Echedey Fernández Trujillo) with his show ‘Nightmare before Carnival’, designed by Aitana Morales Guerra, Juana Rosa Alvarado Brito and Sara Aguinaga López.
  6. Drag Equinox (Aran Jesús Armas Perdomo) with his show ‘Don’t grow up, it’s a trap’ and a drawing by Aran Perdomo and Néstor Santana.
  7. Drag Boydevil (Dimas M. Trujillo Cordero) with his show “The Last Temple of Hedonism” and his own design.
  8. Drag Hephaestus (Yeremy González Hernández) with his show ‘It takes my breath away to see humans and so little humanity!’ and a drawing by Laura Gonzalez Hernandez and Fabiola Peñate Cordero.
  9. Drag Kinegua (Isaac Cristian Rodríguez Sánchez) and his show ‘Tarántula’ designed by Hassan Tejera Alonso and Elva García.
  10. Drag Shíky (José David Batista Falcón) and his show ‘La pesa de la voz live this year does not sing alone, she comes in good company’, with its own design.
  11. Drag Shiráh (Carla Domínguez Curbelo) and her show “Don’t erase my name from history” designed by Israel Arbelo Santana and Mari Mielares.
