The well-known car collector Jorge Gómez announced that he sold his Pagani Zonda F : it is the sports car manufactured by the Argentine Horacio Pagani in Italy.
Regarding this unit in particular, it became known for a crash in Punta del Este in January 2017 , and for having been exhibited at the 2017 Buenos Aires Hall , recalls the specialized site Autoblog .
Jorge Gómez announced that he sold the Zonda F to invest the money in a new factory of his company Roker , specialized in electrical items: “You always have to take care of the business that feeds us,” said the businessman.
As indicated, the new factory will be a metallurgy in San Martín, province of Buenos Aires , which will specialize in the production of metal cabinets for electricity: “We are going to invest two million dollars and generate 30 new jobs,” he explained.
Because the Argentine Horacio Pagani factory in Italy does not produce more than 30 cars per year, the value of the Zonda and Huayra always tends to grow, even in the case of second-hand units.
The specimen had a patent from Paraguay, where Gómez has one of his residences, and he spent the last months in Uruguay. On Friday the car was shipped on a cargo plane to the United States. The name of the new owner did not come out.
Gómez fired his famous Zonda F with the following text published on his Instagram account :
“The plane passed through Baires and the Zonda wanted to say goodbye. We must always take care of the business that feeds us. You always have to reinvest, otherwise the business melts. You always have to look for the positive part of everything. The head is everything, so you have to take care of it. Many times I had to sell cars, houses, boats, lots, etc. But I always grew up despite all the ups and downs of Argentina and the world. The Zonda is gone, but the C10 is coming, but now we have to grow Roker. I feel like it’s the best time of my life. I always fought to take care of my two families, the blood family and the commercial one.
Roker gave me everything and I want him to be 100 years old. My children are better than me and I know they will make it. And my grandchildren will be my current age when Roker’s 100 is turned.
