According to police, this subject has been released on bail for another charge of possession of child pornography. But the investigation continued and officers discovered that this man had more material recorded on his computer.

For the second time in a week, the police arrest Frank Laino, 72, for possession of child pornography.

Miami Police Department spokesman Mike Vega said:

“There were sexual acts with minors. We are talking about children under 12 years old.

According to detectives, the initial investigation began on December 14, 2022.

It wasn’t until February that Laino was visited by Miami uniformed agents at his home at 7835 Northeast with Second Avenue.

Evidence from the officer in charge of the case would not be hard to come by.

Miami police spokesman Mike Vega said

“We knocked on the door and one of our sergeants saw inside the apartment where there was an open computer a little girl having sex with an adult.”

This Wednesday, Laino appeared in court for another similar case. Since then, after a search of his home and electronic devices, authorities have found 15 images that showed content of sexual activity involving children.

This is just one of the child pornography cases the police are investigating. The call to people who do this is very clear.

“We have a group of officers who work together to search for these types of cases,” Vega says.

The defendant remains this time arrested at the TGK prison with a bond of 75,000 dollars and will have to appear before the district judge during another hearing.
