If you have a PS5, Xbox Series, or PC, then most likely You will have already enjoyed Hogwarts Legacy. If you haven’t because you haven’t bought it yet, you should because it’s one of the most fun games I’ve ever played.
And if you don’t have it because you don’t have any of the aforementioned platforms, but have a PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch, then you’ll have a bit of a sour taste in your mouth after learning that yesterday they delayed the release date of the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
But despite the fact that there are still three platforms left to launch on Hogwarts Legacy, the sales were crazy. To no one’s surprise, yes, but I think They exceeded all expectations.
I tell you all the details about the sales of Hogwarts Legacy the whole month of February only in Europe (and I insist, remember that it’s only been released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC at the moment).
The crazy sales of Hogwarts Legacy
was the portal games industry the one who shared video game sales data in Europe last February:
- Like logic, Hogwarts Legacy was the bestseller
- But what is interesting is that It’s the sixth-biggest launch in history by sales since the data became available, that is to say for six years
- Maybe the “sixth” one sounds like it’s not much, but it’s a lot considering the first five positions are for FIFA series games
- That being said, the game itself managed to beat every Call of Duty in the last 6 years
What do you think of what the new Harry Potter universe has achieved? Yet another reason to play the game if you haven’t tried it yet.
