Well, once you’ve already talked to Arn, you should be prepared to take a little walk and fight. Simply, you have to go to a goblin camp whose path is marked on the map, so follow it and feel free to collect resources or fight along the way If you want.
When you arrive at the camp, prepare to fight. Remember that when you get the yellow hint you have to use Protego, and when you get the red you have to dodge while rolling. When you eliminate all the goblins, you need to open the wooden door inside the camp and the carts will return to Arn on their own. Now you can return to him and he will give you your reward.
